Sales Director: Pacific Northwest

Henrybuilt is seeking a senior sales executive to manage its Seattle showroom and develop the Pacific Northwest market. This is a dynamic, demanding position with excellent compensation and potential for growth. You will be a key part of a team driving the development of a new premium brand. You will be responsible for developing a sales plan for the region and for making and meeting sales projections. You will also play a key role in developing regional marketing strategy and brand positioning.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of sales experience working with high value products and services in the residential design market, both direct to homeowners and to the trade. This is a consultative selling position that requires a high level of professional and social sophistication as well as deep product and industry knowledge. A refined sense of design is required. A track record of success making five- and six- figure sales and growing sales over time is also a requirement for this position.
Experience with a nationally or internationally marketed system-based residential or office product is a plus. A strong understanding of the architectural and residential building industry is preferred, however, we are willing to train a highly successful, experienced professional from another field if the candidate shows substantial prior success in a similar level position. Business to business sales experience with sophisticated products of any kind is good background.
One additional absolute must: Very strong skills using email in the sales process.

Henrybuilt is seeking an experienced cabinetmaker with 3+ years experience building custom cabinets or very high end production cabinets. You will work on a team with other cabinetmakers producing furniture and cabinet systems. Highly refined skills and an exceptional work ethic are required.
We're looking for someone with the experience, intelligence and drive to be a key contributor from the start.
